01 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease surface.
02 - Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels and arrange skin-side down on prepared baking sheet.
03 - Combine Cajun seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, oregano, and cayenne pepper in small bowl.
04 - Drizzle olive oil over salmon fillets and gently rub into fish.
05 - Sprinkle seasoning mixture evenly over each fillet. Add salt and black pepper as desired.
06 - Place lemon slice on top of each seasoned fillet.
07 - Bake 12–15 minutes until salmon flakes easily with fork and reaches internal temperature of 145°F.
08 - Remove from oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
