14 - Salt, to taste

→ Optional Garnish

15 - 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
16 - Lemon wedges

# How to Prepare:

01 - Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper or lightly grease with cooking spray.
02 - Place sliced kielbasa and all prepared vegetables in an even layer across the sheet pan.
03 - Whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, Dijon mustard, black pepper, smoked paprika, and salt in a small bowl until well combined.
04 - Drizzle the honey garlic sauce evenly over the sausage and vegetables. Toss gently to coat everything thoroughly.
05 - Arrange coated ingredients back into a single, even layer on the pan for consistent cooking.
06 - Bake for 23 to 25 minutes until vegetables are tender and slightly caramelized. Stir halfway through cooking time for even browning.
07 - Remove from oven. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side if desired.

# Expert advice:

01 -
  • The glaze creates these sticky caramelized edges on the sausage that I genuinely crave now
  • Everything cooks on one pan which means I'm not staring at a sink full of dishes afterward
  • The vegetables get tender and sweet while the kielbasa gets this irresistible crisp exterior
02 -
  • Don't skip stirring halfway through or the honey will burn in spots while other vegetables stay undercooked
  • Lining your pan with parchment is non negotiable unless you enjoy scrubbing baked on honey glaze for twenty minutes
  • The glaze will be thin going in but it thickens and clings to everything as it roasts
03 -
  • Check your kielbasa label if gluten is a concern, not all brands are safe
  • Sprinkle red pepper flakes over the pan before roasting if you want some heat
  • Let the pan sit for about 5 minutes after roasting so the glaze can set slightly
