Dipped Marshmallows with Sprinkles (Printable version)

Soft marshmallows coated in smooth chocolate and colorful sprinkles for a festive treat.

# What You'll Need:

→ Marshmallows

01 - 20 large marshmallows

→ Chocolate Coating

02 - 7 oz semi-sweet or milk chocolate, chopped
03 - 1 tbsp coconut oil or vegetable oil (optional, for smoother melting)

→ Decorations

04 - 2 oz assorted sprinkles

# How to Prepare:

01 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to catch any drips and provide a clean surface for the dipped marshmallows to set.
02 - Carefully insert a wooden skewer or lollipop stick into the center of each marshmallow, pushing about halfway through for stability.
03 - Place chopped chocolate and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring thoroughly between each, until completely melted and smooth.
04 - Hold each marshmallow by the stick and dip it halfway into the melted chocolate. Lift and gently twist to allow excess chocolate to drip off.
05 - Immediately press or roll the chocolate-coated portion into assorted sprinkles while the chocolate is still wet, ensuring even coverage.
06 - Stand the marshmallows upright on the prepared baking sheet with sticks pointing up. Allow to set at room temperature for 15–20 minutes, or refrigerate for 5–10 minutes for faster setting.
07 - Serve immediately or store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days. For best texture, consume within 24 hours.
