# What You'll Need:

01 - 1 cup rolled oats
02 - 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or other plant-based milk
03 - 1/2 cup coconut cream
04 - 2 tablespoons chia seeds
05 - 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
06 - 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
07 - Pinch of sea salt

→ Toppings (optional)

09 - 2 tablespoons toasted coconut flakes
10 - 1 tablespoon chopped nuts such as almonds, cashews, or walnuts
11 - Extra coconut cream for drizzling

# How to Prepare:

01 - In a medium bowl or large jar, combine rolled oats, almond milk, coconut cream, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Stir thoroughly until the mixture is well blended.
02 - Cover the container and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 8 hours, allowing oats and chia seeds to fully absorb the liquid and reach a creamy consistency.
03 - In the morning, stir the oats mixture well. For a looser texture, add a little additional almond milk to reach desired consistency.
04 - Divide the prepared oats evenly into two bowls or jars. Garnish each serving with fresh berries, toasted coconut flakes, and chopped nuts. Drizzle with extra coconut cream if desired. Serve chilled.

# Expert advice:

01 -
  • It's the kind of breakfast you wake up looking forward to – incredibly creamy and no morning rush.
  • It feels like a treat, but you know it's nourishing, and you can change the toppings every time.
02 -
  • If you rush and use instant oats the texture becomes mushy and sad—stick to rolled oats for chewy creaminess.
  • Stir the chia in really well at the start or you'll find gummy clumps the next day.
03 -
  • Letting the oats sit at least 8 hours really does make all the difference in texture—be patient.
  • A drizzle of maple syrup just before serving brings all the flavors into focus, even if you added some the night before.
