# Expert advice:

01 -
  • This comes together in under 30 minutes which makes it perfect for those nights when everyone is hungry and patience is running thin
  • The combination of warm seasoned beef and cool fresh toppings hits every craving spot at once
02 -
  • Work quickly once the nachos come out of the oven because the cheese starts to set and loses that perfect melted texture
  • Put your sour cream in the coldest part of the fridge beforehand because chilled sour cream holds its shape better when dolloped onto hot food
03 -
  • Avoid overloading any single area with too many wet toppings because soggy chips are the enemy of great nachos
  • Let the beef cool slightly before spreading it over the chips so the chips do not start steaming and getting soft too early
