01 - In a blender, combine the diced pineapple, sliced peaches, cold water, and lime juice. Blend on high until completely smooth.
02 - Taste and add agave syrup or sugar as desired, blending briefly to combine.
03 - Pour the mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a large pitcher, pressing to extract as much liquid as possible. Discard the pulp or reserve for smoothies.
04 - Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or serve immediately over ice. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and fruit slices if desired.
