# What You'll Need:

01 - 1 cup raw cashews
02 - 1 cup raw almonds
03 - 1 cup raw pecans
04 - 1 cup raw peanuts

05 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
06 - 1½ teaspoons smoked paprika
07 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
08 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
09 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
10 - 1 teaspoon dried thyme
11 - ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
12 - ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
13 - 1 teaspoon sea salt
14 - ½ teaspoon brown sugar

# How to Prepare:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, combine all nuts.
03 - In a separate small bowl, whisk together olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, thyme, cayenne, black pepper, salt, and brown sugar.
04 - Pour the spice mixture over the nuts and toss thoroughly until evenly coated.
05 - Spread the nuts in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
06 - Roast for 18-20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden and fragrant.
07 - Remove from oven and let cool completely. Nuts will crisp up as they cool. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
