# What You'll Need:

→ Fruit Base

01 - 3 cups fresh or frozen strawberries, mango, raspberries, blueberries, peaches or mixed fruit
02 - 2-3 tablespoons honey, maple syrup or agave syrup (optional, adjust to taste)
03 - 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

# How to Prepare:

01 - Preheat oven to 170°F or set dehydrator to 135°F. Line rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone baking mat.
02 - Combine fruit, sweetener and lemon juice in blender or food processor. Blend until completely smooth and uniform.
03 - Pour fruit puree onto prepared baking sheet. Use spatula to spread into even layer approximately 1/8-inch thick.
04 - Place baking sheet in oven or dehydrator. Dry for 4-6 hours until puree is no longer sticky and peels away easily from liner.
05 - Remove from heat and let cool completely. Peel fruit leather off liner and transfer to cutting board.
06 - Cut into strips using sharp knife or kitchen scissors. Roll each strip in parchment paper to prevent sticking. Store in airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week.
